Child Minding Reservations


Our current Child Minding reservation schedule is based on 90min blocks to complement our Fitness Core class schedule

Bilingual and Multilingual Preschoolers


Join a local Speech and Language Pathologist to discuss strategies to support your bilingual and multilingual preschooler (ages 0-6).

Brunch and Learn: Worries and the Anxious Brain


Parents/caregivers will gain knowledge on managing worries and anxiety, both for themselves and their children ages 0-6.

Circle of Security


Circle of Security is a six-week relationship-based program in Banff designed to enhance attachment security between parents with children ages 0 – 3.

Exploring Your Feelings Through Art


Join us for a playful and creative program designed to help little ones (ages 4 – 6) explore their big feelings through art! Together with a parent or guardian, children will experiment with a variety of art materials while learning to identify and express emotions in healthy ways.

Lunch and Learn: Mindful Parent, Resilient Children


Discover how mindfulness can transform your parenting journey. Join us for a relaxed and supportive series of conversations designed to help you parent with more calm, confidence, and connection. Come to one session or all — choose what works best for you! For parents and caregivers of children ages 0 to 6.

Mini Milestones: Next Steps


This three-week program is for parents/caregivers with children ages 10 to 18 months who are on the move or nearly mobile. Connect in a supportive group setting while your child explores the Family Connection Centre’s engaging early learning space.

New Parent Café


New Parent Café is a friendly group for parents and caregivers who are Permanent Residents or foreign-born to Canada with children ages 0 to 5. It’s a chance to meet others, share experiences, and learn about parenting.

Ready, Set, Go: Toilet Training Workshop


Parents and caregivers with children ages 0 – 6 are invited to join an informative, practical, and interactive toilet training workshop.  

Supporting Toddler Development


This 2-week toddler development program discusses a caregiver’s role in providing an environment that supports healthy toddler development. For parents/caregivers of children ages 18 months to 3 years.

Triple P: Raising Resilient Children


Parents and caregivers of children ages 0 to 6 will discuss emotional resilience in children — including what it means, why it is important, and how it benefits children.
